This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Nachal, Inc. d/b/a Liminal (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to California residents ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the CCPA/CPRA.
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer. This data includes hashed email address, Cookie ID, Mobile Ad Id, IP address, and web site page views. This data is collected for the purpose of targeted advertising.
This data may be sold to our Clients for targeted advertising, advertising campaign attribution, fraud monitoring, and identity resolution services.
a. Right to Know/Access: You have the right to request a record of all data that has been collected and stored about you.
b. Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of all data that has been collected and stored about you.
c. Right to Opt-Out of Selling or Sharing: You have the right to direct us to stop Selling or Sharing any Personal Information about you for cross-context behavioral advertising (Targeted Advertising) purposes.
d. Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) Use: You have the right to direct us to limit the use or disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information (including Precise Geolocation Data) to only that which is necessary to perform the services you requested, or as otherwise permitted by law.
e. Correct My Data: The right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
f. Port My Data: The right to request we provide you with a copy of personal information that you have previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, we may require that you: (1) provide the authorized agent written permission to do so; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
